If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Food items must be returned to us within 5 days of receipt. They must be unopened and sealed, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Non-food items must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt. They must be unused, unmarked, and returned to us their original packaging, with labels, stickers, or tags intact.
  • Returned items will be exchanged with your preferred/required product. Price differences can be settled using the original payment method used.

REFUNDS

  • Returned items that are eligible for replacement will be refunded if the replacement item is out of stock. Otherwise, only an exchange can be granted.
  • Refunds are settled using the original payment method used. Funds may be credited the same day if using online bank transfer or Gcash. For credit card transactions, it will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • We will cover the cost of shipping if the return is due to seller error (i.e. expired product, defective product, incorrect size or other variation, incorrect item). Returned items need to be unopened, sealed, unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging.
  • The buyer will cover the cost of shipping if the return is due to buyer error (i.e. wrong item, size, or other variation ordered, change of mind). Returned items need to be unopened, sealed, unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging.
